Delivery Policy

Shipping Methods

  • Logistics Partner: Hsinchu Logistics (Home Delivery)
  • Delivery Times & Regions:
    • Delivery Time: Ambient delivery within the main island of Taiwan operates on a D+1 delivery model, arriving the day after shipment.
    • Covered Regions: Nationwide delivery across Taiwan. (Note: Remote areas, difficult-to-reach zones on the main island, and outlying islands may be subject to additional extended delivery fees. Actual delivery timelines will depend on local logistics conditions.)

Shipping Guidelines

  • Dispatch Operations: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Order Processing Schedule: Orders completed before 14:00 daily will be shipped on the same business day.
    • Orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped on the following business day and delivered on the subsequent business day.
  • Delivery Hours: Home delivery is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. No deliveries will be scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, or observed makeup holidays.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Dispatches may be delayed during peak holiday seasons due to high order volumes, or in the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters).
  • Delivery Status: The exact timing and status of your delivery will depend entirely on the route scheduled by the Hsinchu Logistics courier.
